Thank you for bringing this case to light! I love that you use the actual statements from the judge. We filed our first PRR request Oct 30, 2023, and we did not receive the lot draw certification until Oct 16, 2024, with our 3rd request. I feel that the county was rewarded for withholding the lot draw certification for almost a year, because our first request was then time banned. We only received penalties for that document from the date of the 2nd PRR request.

It has been very frustrating to be continually lied to, and receiving no help from the Secretary of State's office, who is supposed to oversee the elections. The SOS told me that they had no investigative power, but they would file my complaint in the auditor's file and they would use that, for his review, which occurs every five years.
